In
the United States, I think it is fair to say that everyone has had problems
with the health care system. This ranges
from setting up doctor’s appointments to getting prescriptions filled and
covered by insurance.
Aaron
E. Carroll, a medical doctor who has ulcerative colitis, wrote a column in the
New York Times about his struggles to refill his prescription.
